Once your order has been placed, we will send you confirmation email which will include your order number. When your order is shipped, you will receive an additional confirmation email including a tracking number.

For delivery throughout USA, we use USPS and Fedex as our primary courier. The estimated delivery for metropolitan areas in U.S. is 2-7 business days. Please note that the estimated delivery times are subject to delays and changes.
If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any additional shipping cost are nonrefundable.

We’re devoted to make sure our customers, boys and girls are always happy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your return for a refund or an exchange; subject to the conditions below.
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date when you received the products ordered, excluding Final Sale items.
- We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, stained or scented. Items must have tags and labels still intact to be accepted for returns or exchanges.
- In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the grand total cost of the order (Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return an item(s), then the discount you qualified for is subjected to change to a lower discount as dictated by the promotion. Refund will then be recalculated accordingly to reflect promotional terms.
- Returns have a $6.99 USD flat fee if you choose to use our discounted label. You may also choose to ship through your preferred courier at your own expense.
- Exchanges are free. Simply email us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase, indicating your order number, which item you’d like to exchange, and the item you’d like to exchange it for. We will ship out the exchanged products as soon as we receive the returns.
To start the returns process, simply drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. Specify your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return the products back to us.
Please note, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for any orders.
